Wild guess here,but isn't that Dog-n-Suds in the lower left hand corner. If that is right, then the barn and surrounding farm buildings are gone and the Beverage Mart and a street with houses have replaced it. This would be located on eastern edge of Monroe WI and that is County Road K going south.

You are correct. The 1961 high altitude aerials match this image except for the Dog-n-Suds which was not built until after 1961. 31st Ave was built in the 1970s.
